​Welcome to the home of London's only senior league women's ice hockey team! The Streatham Storm are a WNIHL Elite, WNIHL2 South and Development ice hockey club located in South London. We train on Monday and Friday evenings, and are open to new players of any ability! Please see our FAQs for details of training times and further information.

Streatham Storm is proud to be an inclusive women's club and we stand by our trans and non-binary teammates, volunteers, and supporters.

Last week, England Ice Hockey published their new Sex and Gender Participation Policy. As a club, we disagree with the exclusion of trans and non-binary people from women's hockey. We also have concerns about the wider impact of this policy on all our players and hockey family.
​
We are working with stakeholders across the hockey community to provide constructive and thoughtful feedback on this policy. We seek to engage with England Ice Hockey to achieve a positive outcome for all.

We remain committed to ensuring that Streatham Storm is a safe and inclusive place for women's hockey. To show your support, please sign the petition.

Trials will run on Monday evenings 9-10.30pm and cost £15 each.

PLAY OFF WEEKEND SCHEDULE
REVISED
Following a unified campaign from the Elite Squads across the league, and the support as a result of the open letters shared by each club sharing their joint disappointment in the scheduling of the Semi Finals on a weekday midday, the EIH listened and has revised the schedule. Elite Playoff will now be Friday evening with Elite Semi Finals now scheduled for the Saturday, to support attendance for Players, Coaching Staff & Fans, who otherwise would likely have challenges due to schooling/work commitments. PLAY OFF WEEKEND SCHEDULE RELEASED
Dates for this years PLAYOFFs have been released and are a little later than previous years, now falling 31st May - 2nd June. An unusual decision to schedule the Elite Women's Semi Finals on a Friday Lunch time which isn't supportive of work commitments or supporting fans to watch given the timing of a lunchtime slot but keep watching for updates as the Elite teams across the league unite to challenge this decision.

Division 2 squad will face off 16:30 followed by Elite 18:45.

Not one, but THREE of our STORM family will be representing their home nations at this years IIHF World Championships Division IIB, which is to be held in Turkey. Congratulations to both Estelle IP (HK) & Yanis Lau (HK) and Kelly Jamieson (SA) from our Elite Squad who will be facing off with/against each other in April!
